Home Utility Gift
Here’s how it works:
There are 3 Options:
Number 1:
A member can call in to 775-727-5312 and use a
credit card or e-check to make the purchase. Customer Service
will then post the requested gift amount to the recipient’s
account and a HUG gift card will be mailed by request.
Number 2:
A member can come into the office and pay in person for the
recipient and Customer Service will post the amount to the
account and fill out a HUG gift card.
AND Number 3:
On-Line we will have a request form for the member to fill
out and mail in, or drop off, with a payment. The requested
amount is posted to the account and the HUG gift card is
mailed out by request.
