Not a new concept just a new name!
VEA has established
the AUTOMATIC PAYMENT PLAN, which makes it easy for you to pay your
monthly power bill. This plan is an agreement between VEA, the consumer
and the consumer's bank, authorizing the co-op to automatically deduct
your payment from your bank account.
The payment is deducted on the
due date and payable to VEA from either your checking or savings
account. You will still get a statement from VEA explaining how much
power was used and the amount you were billed for that month. Can
it get any easier than that?
Included on the back of this informational
brochure is the application for you to start on this program as soon
as possible. Please fill out the application and return it to the
VEA office or mail it in with your next bill.
Benefits:
- No more
worries, the process is handled professionally and efficiently
by VEA and your bank.
- There is no cost involved to sign up.
- There is no obligation,
if you would like to discontinue this plan, you can mail a written
notification to VEA and this plan will be terminated.
- You can
also join the Balanced Payment Plan and be on the AUTOMATIC
PAYMENT PLAN at the same time.
- You don't have
to mail in the payment each month or return the stub, it is already
taken care of.
- You get a monthly statement that tells you how
much power was used and how much your bill was, so it makes balancing
your checkbook that much easier.
- You are never penalized.
- Many
of VEA's members are using this plan, shouldn't you?

You must have a valid
bank account.
You must have the appropriate funds in the bank.
