Reconnection and Administrative Charges

1. Reconnection Charge
   1. Existing service available
      No charge shall be made for the reconnection of electric service during normal business hours. If the reconnection is made during other than normal business hours the charge shall be $100.00.
   2. Non-payment
      A charge of $50.00 shall be made for reconnection of electric service which has been disconnected for non-payment if the reconnection is made during normal business hours. If the reconnection is made during other than normal business hours the charge shall be $200.00.
   3. Meter tampering
      A charge of $100.00 shall be made where tampering with the electric meter or service has occurred.
   4. Service maintenance contract
      No charge shall be made to accounts where a service contract between the consumer and the Association is in existence or to owners of real property who request electric service be temporarily placed in their name pending transfer of permanent service to a new occupant of the real property.
2. Administrative Charge
   1. A charge of $25.00 shall be made to a consumer that signs up for existing electric service and then cancels their request prior to electric service being established.
   2. A charge of $25.00 shall be made to a consumer that signs up for new electric service and then cancels the request prior to field staking. A charge of $100.00 shall be made to a consumer that signs up for new electric service and then cancels the request after field staking has been started.
3. Insufficient Funds Checks

Checks submitted to the Association which are returned by the bank due to insufficient funds will be assessed a charge in the amount of $30.00.

4. Business hours

1. "Normal business hours" shall be deemed to be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
2. "Other than normal business hours" shall be deemed to be Monday through Friday 5:01 p.m. to 7:59 a.m., weekends and Association approved holidays.
