SmartHub
The secure website and mobile app, SmartHub, allows you to manage your account, pay your bills, report an outage, and much more.
Vanilla Direct Pay
Vanilla Direct Pay is an easy cash payment option, accepted at participating store locations. To get started, log into SmartHub, go to Bill and Pay, then select “Pay by Cash”. Find the nearest payment location, then provide the store with the bar code at the register to make a payment.
Pay by Phone
Call our main line, (775) 727-5312, and select the payment option from the phone tree.
Automatic Payments
Choose to set up automatic recurring payments through SmartHub – a completely hassle-free payment option.
Kiosk
The drive-through kiosk is available anytime at Valley Electric’s main campus at 800 East Nevada Highway 372, Pahrump, NV (Directions).
Lobby
Make a payment in Valley’s main office during operating hours; Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (excluding holidays).
Drop Box
Always available, the drop box is a safe secure way to leave a payment. It is located in the drive-thru of the main campus and the office lobby during business hours. Payments will be posted the next business day.
Mail Remittance
Payments are accepted through the mail with a check or money order mailed with payment stubs or account information.
Bank Draft Bill Pay
Set up a payment through your bank’s bill pay program. This option is initiated with the bank. Ensure the correct account number is submitted when using this method. If a member has multiple accounts, a separate transaction is required for each account number.
