“It’s been an honor to lead the team at Valley these past few years,” Stallons said in a statement. “I’m pleased with the work we’ve done together to build a collaborative team and ensure our members have reliable and affordable services.”

Valley Electric’s Board of Directors has contracted with Mycoff Fry Partners LLC (MFP) to conduct a nationwide search for Stallons’ replacement.

“We’re grateful for Mark’s leadership and dedication to the Cooperative,” said Board President Michelle Caird. “The Board is committed to finding a qualified and experienced successor who can continue Valley Electric’s tradition of member service, innovation, and community.”
